Airplane Stress

One of the most stressful times can be when you are on an airplane. Maybe you are stuck in the middle seat or the people sitting next to you are causing problems. I had a man sitting next to me who snored the entire 5 hour flight, except for when he tried to help the flight attendant hand me my meal which resulted in his thumb in my muffin! The only way I could get away from it was to put on my headphones and turn the music up. Always travel with headphones and music that takes you away from it all! A book fails you when you can only hear snoring...

Massages are one of the best stress relievers. Try getting one once a week for a month and then begin tailoring them back to every other week. Eventually when your body is loose, you will only have to go once a month. Make the investment and time for weekly massages to start out and then tailor it to monthly massages for maintenance. Massages are both physically and psychologically stress reducing.
